All content on this website including images, text, designs, and brand identity is the exclusive property of Imanii Du Soleil and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Imanii Du Soleil reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all orders placed through the website. Prices are displayed in your local currency via our currency switcher. The final charge will be processed in the currency selected at checkout.

Made-to-Order & Demi Couture
All made-to-order and demi couture pieces are crafted specifically for the client. Once production has commenced, payments are non-refundable. The client is responsible for providing accurate measurements. Imanii Du Soleil will not be held liable for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the client.

Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees applicable in their country. Imanii Du Soleil is not responsible for any additional charges incurred at the point of delivery.

Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and creative content produced by Imanii Du Soleil are protected by copyright. Unauthorised reproduction of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Amendments
Imanii Du Soleil reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
