Ready-to-Wear & Prêt-à-Couture
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@imaniidusoleil.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Imanii Du Soleil does not offer refunds to original payment methods. All approved returns will be processed as store credit or exchange only. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection within 48 hours.

Made-to-Order & Demi Couture
All made-to-order and demi couture pieces are non-returnable. These pieces are crafted exclusively for each individual client. We encourage all clients to review their measurements carefully before confirming an order.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances: sale items, custom commissions, altered garments, and any item that has been worn or damaged after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@imaniidusoleil.com with photographic evidence. Imanii Du Soleil will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
